BE IT RESOLVED, that the Incorporated Village of Island Park hereby establishes the following as standard work days for elected and appointed officials and will report the following days worked to the New York State and Local Employees' Retirement System based on the record of activities maintained and submitted by these officials to the clerk of this body.

Pursuant to Section 1428 of the Real Property Tax Law, the Warrant and Tax Roll for the Collection of Village Taxes for the Village of Island Park, has been filed with the Village Treasurer for the Fiscal Year June 1st to May 31st. Taxes will be received at the office of the Village Clerk, 127 Long Beach Road, Island Park, New York, daily from 9:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., except Saturdays, Sundays and Legal Holidays until and including July 1st with out fee.
Beginning July 2nd, five percent (5%) penalty will be added for the month of July and an additional one percent (1%) for each month thereafter until paid.
